All NAO pieces are crafted in small batches with careful attention to fit, fabric, and hand-finished details.

India •

Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5–12 working days, depending on the style and craftsmanship involved.

International •

Standard International Shipping: ₹2,000 per order.
Express International Shipping: ₹5,000 per order.
Complimentary international shipping on orders above ₹30,000.

As many of our styles feature hand-finished details and are produced in limited quantities, dispatch timelines may vary slightly depending on the design.

Customs & Duties

International orders may occasionally be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Should an order be refused due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
