REFUND, RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

No Returns & No Refunds

Every NAO outfit is made-to-order, reflecting our commitment to slow fashion, mindful craftsmanship, and personalized production. As we do not maintain pre-made inventory, we do not offer returns or refunds for any orders.


Replacement Policy (Damaged or Size Issues Only)

Replacements are offered only in the following cases:

  • If a damaged item is received, or

  • If there is a size issue

Any concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp support.

Please ensure to refer to the size chart before placing your order to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Mandatory Requirements

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  1. A complete unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time.

  2. Images or videos showing the damage or size issue.

  3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Items that are used, washed, altered, damaged post-delivery, or not in original condition are not eligible for replacement.


Exchange & Replacement Charges

If an exchange or replacement is approved, all shipping charges, logistics costs, and any applicable customs duties or fees will be borne entirely by the customer.


International Deliveries

  • Free international shipping is offered on orders above INR 25,000.

  • For orders below INR 25,000, standard international shipping charges will apply.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or any clearance-related fees must be paid by the customer.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled on the same day or within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated, as production begins immediately for made-to-order pieces.
